Quality At HenandStagtees.com, we use Fruit of the Loom t-shirts to ensure that your t-shirt is of the highest quality. Very occasionally, we may need to use a substitute brand due to shortages with our supplier. In these instances, we will always use a brand of equal or better quality. Postage Costs HenandStagTees.com postage is calculated on the quantity of garments purchased. The P&P on a single garment comes in at £2.50, then it's 25p extra per additional item. We've capped it to a maximum of £9.99, so you won't pay any more than that. The postage cost is calculated in real time on the My Basket screen, so unlike a lot of other sites, we won't whack on extra without you knowing about it. We currently only send items to the UK. If you are not in the UK and would like to order, please contact us prior to placing the order to confirm shipping costs. Fonts Please note the some fonts used on our garments do not have an upper & lower caps. Bare this in mind when ordering. If in doubt, email us or use either upper or lower cased only for all personalisation. Returns Policy Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please check for errors before ordering ensuring all personalisation is spelt correctly & the sizes are correct as per the specified chest to fit measurements. We will print your order using the information submitted. Your statutory rights are not affected. Delivery Policy We aim to fully deliver all customer orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment (we usually have orders printed & sent within 3 working days), however during busier periods some orders may take up to 10 working days.
